A heartfelt appeal has been made to well-meaning Nigerians and members of the public to come to the aid of a young man, Onàtóyè Ezekiel Féránmi, who has been battling life-threatening injuries sustained in a road accident since 2018.
On August 16, 2018, Féránmi was struck by a trailer, resulting in devastating injuries around his private region. Since then, his condition has deteriorated, and he has been reliant on medical support to pass urine.
A compassionate legal practitioner, Lawyer Ayoola Ajayi based in Ogbomoso has been at the forefront of assisting the victim, successfully securing a ₦3,000,000 pledge from the company where the trailer driver was employed. However, the total estimated cost for the urgent corrective and reconstructive surgery in India is ₦20,000,000 (Twenty Million Naira).
Despite this partial support, a substantial financial gap remains. ScoopChase is making a clarion call to the public, especially those whom God has blessed, to render assistance to Féránmi in this critical time of need.
